Daniel Jobe

Daniel Jobe is an accounting and tax services professional with an expertise in music retail accounting and operations consulting.

Ione Bendt

Ione has several years of in-depth AIMsi Accounting Software experience and knowledge, and is often involved in AIMsi training and improving the accounting, inventory and asset management systems of many of our music store clients.

Paul Acton

Paul Acton is President of Tri-Technical Systems. While his background has an emphasis in computer software, Paul also has more than 25 years experience in the music retail business.

Pat Murphy

Pat Murphy is the Executive Vice President of Technology at Tri-Technical Systems Inc. Pat has 22 years of experience in retail software in the music products industry.

Bill Steppan

Bill Steppan is the technical trainer at Tri-Technical Systems Inc. He has been with the company for 17 years, with his prior roles in the company including Support Technician, Support Manager, and Account Manager.
